Everything inside Sheepshead Bay is minutes from the bay doors, which changes what makes sense to schedule. If the part is here, a car dropped at 8:00 is usually finished long before 17:00. If it has to come from a distributor, we will say so on the phone and give you a day rather than have the vehicle occupy a space on Coney Island Avenue for nothing. Parking around the restaurants on Emmons fills up in the evening, so a car missing a window is better off in a driveway or in our lot than at that curb overnight. The other local wrinkle is the fishing crowd: pickups and older wagons carrying rods, coolers and gear, where a rear side pane gets broken by something inside the vehicle rather than outside it.
